What are cut-off dates?
Cut-off dates are the monthly deadlines by which changes regarding payments to Team Members should be requested and approved in the Oyster platform to reflect the change in the effective month.

Eligible changes submitted by this date will be included in that month’s payroll and paid out in the relevant payroll cycle. Any expense claim submitted or approved by the Customer after the payroll cut-off date will automatically be processed in the following month's payroll cycle.
In all semi-monthly cycle countries (Canada, Mexico, Philippines, USA), any one-time payroll items added until the cut-off date of 15th will be paid out in cycle 2 of that month.
