What are cut-off dates?
Cut-off dates are the monthly deadlines by which Oyster onboards payroll team members and approves payroll changes.
What deadlines do I need to follow for global payroll?
- The cut off date for onboarding a new payroll team member during a payroll cycle is the 15th* of the month.
- For example: A payroll team member who is added to the Oyster platform on the 16th of April, will be added to May’s payroll cycle.
- The cut off date for making changes for a payroll team member during a payroll cycle is the 15th* of the month.
- For example: A salary change that is made on May 16th will be reflected in June’s payroll cycle.
- The cut off date for processing an offboarding request and final payout is the 15th* of the month.
- For example: A payroll team memebr who is offboarded from the Oyster platform on the 16th of April will receive their final payout during May's payroll cycle.
* = The cut off date for Sweden is the 10th of the month because the statutory pay date in Sweden is the 25th of the month.
