After you submit a salary change, the Oyster Support team will update the agreements and payroll. We'll ask you to approve the updated Employment Agreement, and then we will send it to the Team Member for signature.
Steps
- Oyster creates an updated Employment Agreement with the new salary. We call this the Employment Agreement Amendment, or EAA.
- You review and approve the draft EAA.
- Oyster sends the approved EAA to the Team Member.
- The Team Member signs the EAA.
- Oyster uploads the signed EAA to the Oyster Platform.
- Oyster adds the new salary to the next payroll cycle.
- Oyster creates a Service Agreement Amendment (SAA) with an updated service fee and estimated administrative costs.
- Oyster sends the SAA to your company's signer.
- Once your company signs, Oyster uploads the signed SAA to the platform.
