Contract changes require multiple approvals and signatures. The timeline for processing these changes depends on both your and the Team Member's responsiveness.
Processing Timeline
- If all signatures have been obtained by the cut-off date, the changes will be reflected in the current payroll cycle.
- If not, the changes will be included in the payroll cycle following the final signature.
Exceptions to the above: For Team Members hired through our indirect partner Acvian, all contract change requests must be signed by all parties on or before the specified effective date.
Recommended Submission Times
Compensation changes
- Submit at least 3 business days before the cut-off date.
Changes in employment type (for example, full-time to part-time or vice versa)
- Submit at least 10 business days before the cut-off date.
