Contract changes require multiple approvals and signatures. The timeline for processing these changes depends on both your and the Team Member's responsiveness.
Processing Timeline
- If all signatures have been obtained by the cut-off date, the changes will be reflected in the current payroll cycle.
- If not, the changes will be included in the payroll cycle following the final signature.
Recommended Submission Times
Compensation changes
- Submit at least 3 business days before the cut-off date.
Changes in employment type (for example, full-time to part-time or vice versa)
- Submit at least 10 business days before the cut-off date.
