We process payroll cycles as per local requirements.
In countries where payroll frequency is monthly (e.g. Spain, The United Kingdom), your employees can expect to get paid on the last working day of the month.
In countries where payroll frequency is semi-monthly (e.g. Canada), we will have two payroll runs on the 15th and last day of each month.
We are unable to accommodate custom payment dates at the moment. If you are processing payments directly, Oyster can support a pay date as early as the 25th of the month.
