Employee data in HiBob is not syncing to Oyster 

Usually, this is due to a permissions setup error. Verify the following:




 

Changes to employee data in HiBob is not reflected in Oyster

Integration syncs happen hourly.

To immediately sync changes that are made in HiBob:

  • Manually run the sync by clicking the sync data button in HiBob settings.
