This article shows you how to create a past-dated time off record for a Team Member.
Prerequisites
- You have Admin, Team Manager or Time off admin access to your company’s account.
- You are logged in to the Oyster Platform with your credentials.
- You have received a request to create a retroactive time off record for a Team Member.
- The request includes the following information:
- Date(s) the time off was taken
- Reason for the time-off
- Documentation, if required (for example, a sick note)
