Where can I view salary change requests?

All change requests, including requests for salary change, can be accessed from the Team Member's profile.

Prerequisites

  • You have Admin access to your company's account.
  • You are logged in to the Oyster Platform with your admin credentials.

Steps

  1. Click Team > Team members from the left navigation. 
  2. Locate the contractor in the list of Team Members and click their name.

Click the Type column heading ✨ to sort Team Members by employment type. 

  1. Select the Contract tab.
  2. Click the View change requests link.
  1. All change requests for the selected Team Member are listed. Click the 3 dots to view information About this request
    • You also may be able to Cancel the request.
