ADP Workforce Now® | Connecting to Oyster

Integrating Oyster with ADP Workforce Now® streamlines your end-to-end global employment process.

Prerequisites

  • You have Admin access to your Oyster company account.
  • You have purchased Oyster's data connector on ADP Marketplace.
  • You have first started the connection in ADP® to generate the API keys. You'll need to input them in Oyster as part of the integration setup.

Steps

  1. Log in to the Oyster platform.
  2. Click on Company > Integrations in the menu bar.

  1. Select the Available integrations tab.
  2. Scroll down to the HRIS section and click Connect under ADP Workforce Now.

  1. A page will appear explaining the integration and the data that can be synced. After reading through it, click Connect.
  2. Copy the token code and paste it into ADP Workforce Now. Click Confirm & continue.

  1. As soon as we validate your purchase with ADP, we will notify you via in-app and e-mail notifications. You will be required to complete one last step.
  2. Click Give my consent.

    Note: you can also give your consent directly on ADP Workforce Now after purchasing the Oyster connector. 
  1. Select a default onboarding template using the dropdown below and click Continue. This is just a default value that can be overridden in the hiring process. 

 

  1. ADP is now successfully integrated with Oyster! It will appear on the My Integrations tab.
