Variables such as commissions, bonuses, new joiners, leavers, and all types of leave are included in the standard monthly payroll process. Here’s how it works:
- Commissions/Bonuses: These can be uploaded to the Oyster platform and processed in the next available payroll cycle.
- New Joiners and Leavers: We collect all required data for new hire and leaver processing, registering employees for tax/social security if needed (depending on the country). We also provide the necessary termination documents once payroll is complete.
- Statutory Leaves: All types of statutory leaves can be processed through payroll with Oyster’s assistance. We may request supporting documentation to process the leave. Leaves can be recorded directly on the Oyster platform or through integration.
- Off-Cycle Payments: Off-cycle payments are not part of the regular payroll scope and may incur additional charges. However, the same rules apply as for the regular payroll cycle.
This setup ensures that all payroll-related variables are handled efficiently and in line with the required processes.
