This article lists the information you must provide to ensure we collect all the information required to migrate your Team Members. 

Entity Form - Employee Requirements - Applies to all Team Members

Most recent Modelo 145 for each TMThis form shares information of personal and family circumstances for the withholding of personal income tax. Employees' family records

IRPF Application (if applicable)Special regime applicable to workers, professionals, entrepreneurs and investors who move to Spanish territory. Professional Group (Grupo Profesional)This categorizes employees based on skill level, experience and qualifications. It is often defined by the CBA and sets minimum salary levels for that group. CBA documents 
Disability StatusThe degree of disability is expressed as a percentage, used to calculate the level of benefits and employer contributions. Employers contribute less to social security for employees with a recognized disability, with the amount decreasing based on the disability percentage. Companies with 50 or more employees must have a certain percentage of workers with disabilities on their payroll. Employees' records
