Entity Form - Employee Requirements - Applies to all Team Members

Team Member Onboarding/Migration - Team Member specific

| IRPF Application (if applicable) | Special regime applicable to workers, professionals, entrepreneurs and investors who move to Spanish territory. | Job Position (Puesto de Trabajo) | Refers to the specific role and responsibilities of your employee, for example Product Manager. Supplemental payments (Complementos Salariales) are often set by this information. | Employees' Contract Agreement |
| Professional Group (Grupo Profesional) | This categorizes employees based on skill level, experience and qualifications. It is often defined by the CBA and sets minimum salary levels for that group. | CBA documents |
| Disability Status | The degree of disability is expressed as a percentage, used to calculate the level of benefits and employer contributions. Employers contribute less to social security for employees with a recognized disability, with the amount decreasing based on the disability percentage. Companies with 50 or more employees must have a certain percentage of workers with disabilities on their payroll. | Employees' records |
