This article lists the information you must provide to ensure we collect all the information required to migrate your Entity and Team Members.
The amount of information varies depending on whether you are a brand new entity or are migrating an existing entity from a previous provider mid-tax year. Mid-year migrations to Oyster require in-depth year-to-date information.

| Social Security Number (Código cuenta Cotizacion) | This 12 digit alphanumeric code is assigned to each employer in Spain and allows the Social Security system to track contributions for employees' social security benefits. | Company Tax Number (Código de Identificación Fiscal) | The CIF number is a tax ID number assigned to all companies. It consists of a letter followed by 8 digits (EG B12345678). | CNAE code (Clasificación Nacional de Actividades Económicas) | This code (translating as National Classification of Economic Activities) categorizes a company's economic activity. Collective Bargaining Agreements (CCT)
A Collective Bargaining Agreement (Convenio Colectivo de Trabajo) is a legally binding agreement negotiated between employers or employer associations and labour unions or employee representatives. It establishes the terms and conditions of employment for a specific group of workers or a particular industry sector.
