Company IBAN (Spanish Bank account mandatory)Required for salary payments. The document must show the employee’s name and the full IBAN.Bank registration documents
Certificado De estar al corriente de los Seguros Sociales  This certificate states you are up to date with Social Security. This can be accessed through the online platform of the Spanish Social Security. Social security registration documents
Certificado De estar al corriente de obligaciones tributarias This certificate states you are up to date with your tax obligations. This can be accessed through the online platform of the Spanish Tax AuthorityTax records /documents
Informe de Afiliados en Alta en un C.C.C A document from the Spanish Social Security system that lists all employees currently registered as active under a specific company's CCC, meaning they are currently employed and contributing to social security under that company code. Informe de Situación de un C.C.CThis report provides details like the number of employees currently registered under the CCC, their social security contributions, any outstanding payments, and other relevant information regarding their compliance with social security regulations.
