Through the HiBob integration, the offboarding process is streamlined; changes made to an Employer of Record (EOR), Global Payroll (GP) or Professional Employer Organization (PEO) team member's termination records in your internal HRIS automatically create a "Draft" Offboarding request on the Oyster platform. Once you submit the request it is sent to our staff for processing.
Prerequisites
- You have Admin access to your company’s account.
- You are logged in to the Oyster Platform with your admin credentials.
- You have connected HiBob to Oyster.
- The team member is linked to Oyster and HiBob (the same personal and/or work email address is used in both accounts). This ensures the changes will appear in Oyster.

| You're done! When your team member's Termination date, Termination reason, or Termination type is updated in Hibob, this information is synced to Oyster and auto-creates an offboarding request in "Draft status." | |
Next steps
| Start by updating your Team Member’s termination data in your HRIS. Oyster detects the change, creates the “Draft”, prepopulates the fields you provided permission to, and sends an email notification to the customer admin(s) prompting you to navigate to the Offboarding tab under the Team member profile to complete submitting the Offboarding request. | |
