Team Members are hired through Oyster's direct entity or a local partner (indirect).
Direct
In some countries, we have established our own entity so your Team Members located in those countries are hired directly through it.
Indirect
In countries where we don’t have a direct entity, we work with local partners to hire your Team Members.
The entity with which your Team Member is hired is indicated in their employment agreement.
