How to setup Carta integration

In this article, we show you how to activate the integration with Carta and pull your Team Member grant data into Oyster.

Prerequisites

  • You have Admin access to your company’s account.
  • You are logged in to the Oyster Platform with your admin credentials
  • You have one of the following roles in your company's Carta account:
    • Company Viewer
    • Company Editor
    • Law Firm Admin
    • HR Admin

Steps

  1. On the Oyster Platform, click Company > Integrations.
  2. Click to Connect the Cartaintegration. 
  3. Type your Carta login details and click Submit
  4. Once connected, match your Carta users to your TMs in Oyster using the drop-down fields.
  5. When you're done matching, click Import to import all grant data into Oyster.
  6. Once the import is complete, the imported grants are located in the Total Rewards > Equity compensation menu.
