The migration from the third-party employer to Oyster local entity will take place between October 4-December 1, 2022 for Team Members in Turkey.

The migration will elevate your Team Member experience and give them access to a single platform to file expenses, apply time off, access payslips and contracts and ensure faster response times on their questions.

If for any reason you think a Team Member should not be migrated, please let us know. If we don’t hear anything from you, we will proceed.

We believe the communication to Team Members should come first from customers. We will provide admins of the Oyster account with a template that they can send to their team in Turkey. 

Oyster Hiring Success Team

Initiate transfer from Pernet, the third-party employer for Turkey Team Members

Our Hiring Success team will work with admins and Team Members to transfer the employment

Oyster Hiring Success Team

Initiate onboarding into Oyster owned local entity/ Oyster Direct



Oyster Hiring Success team will work with customer admins and Team Members to share the new draft agreements and begin onboarding.
