HiBob | Hiring a Team Member

This article explains how to hire a candidate using Oyster if you have the HiBob integration.

Prerequisites

• You wish to hire a candidate through Oyster.
• You have Admin access to your company’s account.
• You are logged in to the Oyster Platform with your admin credentials.
• You have connected HiBob to Oyster.
• You have imported HRIS details from HiBob integration to Oyster.

Steps

On the Oyster Platform, click Hire. Select the HRIS Records tab. Locate the Team Member you already imported and click the 3 dots. Select Proceed with hiring.
Select to hire the Team Member as an Employee or Contractor.
The Add new hire form appears and is populated with information pulled from HiBob. Proceed with the hiring process.
