How do I update my team member account?

Overview

As a team member at Oyster, you will have an account which allows you to access the Oyster platform. You can keep your account details such as phone numbers and addresses updated by logging into the platform.

Prerequisites

Steps

  1. Log in to the Oyster Platform with your credentials.
  2. Go to your "Profile" page

3. Update your personal details by clicking "Edit" next to the relevant section

4. If you wish to update your email, password or profile picture, please check your account "Settings"

4. You will receive an email to your old email address to confirm the change and to prevent fraud. 
 
5. Once confirmed, your sign-in email address is up-to-date with the new email address.
