How do I update my company account details?

Checking your company information

 

You can keep your business details up to date on your Company profile page of the Oyster Platform. To do this, follow the below steps:

 

Steps

1. Go to on the navigation bar and select Company

2. Select Profile

 

3. Under the Profile tab, you can add and edit the relevant Company information:

  • Legal name of the company

  • Country of incorporation

  • Registration number (i.e. Federal Employer Identification Number (EIN/TIN), Company Registration Number (CRN), or a government or tax authority provided registration number)

  • Company website

  • Company address

     

You can also update and add important billing details on the Settings page. Select the Access level tab, and add new administrators on your company account, select an Expenses Approver and set up your billing email addresses.
