Your employment contract will be with either Oyster or our partnering local employer in the country where you live.
Your employment contract will be governed by the laws of your country of residence. Oyster will also have a service agreement that contractually connects you with your Company.
For example, if you are working with a US business, but you live in Portugal, you will have a Portuguese employment contract with Oyster or our local Portuguese partner, and Oyster will have a separate agreement with your Company.
