How does the hiring process work at Oyster?

Welcome to Oyster! We're glad you're here. Here are the steps to get you onboard:

Steps

  1. Access the Oyster Platform
    • Check your email for a welcome message from Oyster and a link to create your Oyster account
    • Review our privacy notice explaining how your data is protected
  2. Share details with Oyster
    We need these to create an employment agreement between you and Oyster (or a Local Employer partner) - which you can then find in your Oyster account
    • Complete your onboarding form
    • Verify your ID
  3. Review and sign agreements
    • Employment Agreement
    • Remote Work Schedule
    • Confidentiality and Intellectual Property Agreement

That's it! After you start working you'll receive your first paycheck (according to your local payroll schedule). We're excited to be part of your new journey!
