What happens if I get injured while traveling?

Will Oyster Health pay for me to come back to my home country for treatment?

You can absolutely access care in the country where you are injured. Oyster will pay for travel back to either the nearest appropriate medical facility in your area of cover, or in some instances your home country, if you need to be evacuated from the country in which you were injured. In short, if evacuation is necessary to access care, you are covered.

Coverage details are under section C of the Insurance Plan Coverage Comparison.
