Pricing may vary based on salary and location and is inclusive of administrative fees.
Individual: $170 USD/month
Family: $315 USD/month
The cost is not split between you and your Team Member. It is 100% employer covered.
There is no waiting period and your Team Member can be enrolled anytime within 31 days of their hire date with Oyster. After 31 days, a health check will be required.
Plan is only available for full time employees.
- Engaged team members may be covered from day 1 of their employment and can submit any claims for reimbursement between this day to their date of actual enrollment.
