Why am I not receiving Oyster notifications in Slack?

Here are a couple of possible reasons and their solutions:

Possible reason Solution
You are a Team Member or Contractor and you are not in the same Slack workspace as your company.

Ask your Oyster Admin if you can be invited to your company's Slack workspace.

The email you use to log into Slack is not the same as the email you use to log into the Oyster Platform.

Change the email associated with your Oyster account.

You have unsubscribed from a specific or all notifications in the Oyster Platform.

Subscribe to Oyster notifications on the Preferences page.
