Here are a couple of possible reasons and their solutions:

Ask your Oyster Admin if you can be invited to your company's Slack workspace. |
The email you use to log into Slack is not the same as the email you use to log into the Oyster Platform. |
Change the email associated with your Oyster account. |
You have unsubscribed from a specific or all notifications in the Oyster Platform. |
Subscribe to Oyster notifications on the Preferences page. |
