Here are a couple of possible reasons and their solutions:
|You are a Team Member or Contractor and you are not in the same Slack workspace as your company.||
Ask your Oyster Admin if you can be invited to your company's Slack workspace.
|The email you use to log into Slack is not the same as the email you use to log into the Oyster Platform.||
Change the email associated with your Oyster account.
|You have unsubscribed from a specific or all notifications in the Oyster Platform.||
