You can now access the Subscriptions page (beta) from the main navigation.
🔍 Uncover package types: Find out the different subscription packages you have with Oyster.
👥 Team Members per package: See the number of Team Members included in each package.
💸 Oyster Fees: Track your total Oyster fees in one place.
🗓️ Stay on top of billing: Get a clear view of your billing cycle for easier planning.
Before you get started, the following must be true:
- You have Admin access to your organization’s account.
- You are logged in to the Oyster Platform with your admin credentials.
- Log into the Oyster Platform.
- From the main navigation, click on the Pay drop down and select Subscriptions.
In this page, you’ll be able to see the products you're subscribed to with Oyster (i.e. Contractor, Employee monthly, Employee annual), the number of Team Members per product, average fee per Team Member per product, total Oyster fees per product, and billing cycle per product.
Within the subscriptions page, you’ll also have the option to see all Team Member profiles and add more hires.
