- You must be a Team Member employed by an Oyster direct entity
- You must have access to an Oyster account
Below are the steps to access an employment verification letter for housing applications.
1. On your Oyster dashboard navigate to Help Center
2. Under Self-service actions click “Get this document” in the Employment Verification Letter for Housing box
3. The “get this document” command will generate your required document. When this is done, the status will say “ready”
4. In the 3 dots to the right of your document, you can choose to view or download.
