The Pre-funding invoice is an estimate of payroll for the month. Any deviations from the actual payroll figures will be corrected via the Settlement invoice - this can be disputed.
The Pre-funding invoice is non-disputable to ensure we have the funds to pay your team members on time. As mentioned previously, we aim to undercharge rather than overcharge at pre-funding to put less burden on your cash flow.
